*After 90 days of employment, the employee accrues 5 days of available paid time each year (5 personal). After 1 year of eligible service, the employee is entitled to 10 days of available paid time each year (5 vacation / 5 personal). After 3 years of eligible service, the employee is entitled to 15 days of available paid time each year (10 vacation / 5 personal). After 6 years of eligible service the employee is entitled to 20 days of available paid time each year (15 vacation / 5 personal).
