Position Summary: As  Support at Key Collision, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our collision repair center. You will assist our technicians and administrative staff in ensuring that all aspects of the repair process run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and want to be part of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with tasks related to vehicle repairs, such as disassembly, assembly, and parts organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Support administrative staff with paperwork, documentation, and data entry.
• Manage and organize tools and equipment to ensure they are readily available for technicians.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients who visit the shop.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering necessary supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an automotive repair environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
